Palm Trace Landings Apartments

Moved here 7 months ago and was not told about a prorated water and sewer bill!. In addition to paying $1600 per mth for a 3 bedroom apartment, we are billed by a private company , hired by the landlord monthly for water and sewer (plus a service fee for this company is added to our bill)! Each building has 1 water meter, so there's no individual water bill per apartment unit. So, im guessing...

Guest parking space sucks. You have over 25 speed bumps to get to.gour destination.if you have a low car your screwed it will take you 25 minutes on a 2 minute drive.They should have more security around the place to maintain customer behavior and outside behaviors.

Look some place else. You will regret signing a lease at Palm Trace Landings in Davie, FL. They have a high office staff turn over. They are inconsistent in EVERY area.
