The size truck we had reserved was not available and this caused us to have to make multiple trips. There should be a better way to ensure that the customer gets the truck they need for their move. I had to down size froma 17 ft. truck to a 14 ft. truck and this was a problem.

Everything went smoothly. The only suggestion would be to tell at time of rental about the charge for pads and dolly. As we were leaving the owner asked if we were told about the fee if we used them and then told us the fee. If he hadn't we would have probably used them because they were there, even though we didn't necessarily need them.

This was a horrible experience. I reserved the Uhaulonline to be picked up at 3:00. When I arrived at the location nobody had a clue I was coming. The.man in charge of Uhaul rentals wasn't there and didn't even show up until almost 4:30 after I was told he would be there in 15-20 minutes. Then I returned the truck, and got charged for ten gallons of fuel when I only drove 26 miles. This whole...
