Everything was of the highest quality and the location was great. It was a little pricey, definitely not an everyday dinner kind of place, but worth the price.

Given its destination as a conference site, vacation destination, and all-around great place to live, I have been appalled at the lack of good food choices in the Gaslamp Quarter. I know I am an East Coast foodie, but I have had one bad meal after another in San Diego making me wonder if there were any good options out...

We were staying down the street and just happened to walk by with our dog and chat with the very friendly hostesses. The menu read well, and their description of specials even more. The two sidewalk areas are dog friendly. They brought a waterbowl. So we only saw the interior through the windows, but that looked very nice.

Amazing food and ambiance

This is an absolute must try while in San Diego! Food was great. Found all the seafood I wanted on their menu. Drinks were good and strong, the way I like them. Plus, live music on a Saturday night. Great time!

We had mahi-mahi and sea bass main courses. Mahi-mahi was crusted with crab and served on a bed of risotto flavored with pesto.
