Door locks

They have better quality door locks than other hardware stores, but the service is below average. No one said anything to us. When we finally did purchase a lock it was frustrating because of delivery issues. They wanted us to pick up the item somewhere else. People working here are not so friendly. They all need a customer service course. That's what makes a business more that anything. Just look there and buy online.

We spent tens of thousands of dollars at One Stop - I hate to add up what everything cost us. The products were expensive -- and terrible. Within a year, the screen doors were screwed up - bad. Missing parts seem to be the issue. Zero customer service help. Within three years, we could barely move one …

Randy at One Stop was wonderful to work with and the contemporary Fleetwood 9' glass doors are beautiful.Will use them again and again.

The customer service guy was so bad, we almost went elsewhere. However, we reluctantly decided to go ahead with One Stop. We spent over $30k on new doors....
