Lived here for a year, loved it. Renewed my lease, they change staff and now its like pulling teeth to have anything done. Nothing is ever fixed the first time, if youre lucky it is the 4th time. Management knows nothing and constantly says "I dont know for sure" to many questions. Not worth it at all.

and don't live here. My roommate and I have been at 100 Chevy Chase for 4 months now and we've had to call maintenance over 10 times for mulittle reasons. Currently sitting in sweat after the gym because the main water line is broken, so there is no access to water and who knows when they'll fix it. On the topic of water, don't EVER expect a hot shower, and God forbid you take a bath, the water...

Let's just start with the staff because honestly that's my favorite part! Jason, Rana, and Dustin in the office are all amazing people and they are always there to help with anything I need!
