I go here to get my pool nav fixed. They have repaired it several times with a reasonable rate. The other day I brought it back to see what was not making it work and they adjusted it and tested it free of charge. I find it better to bring it here than deal with our pool service guy that will just be delayed. Thanks guys!

Tried to get a new spa cover. No follow up, no quote, no return call. Completly ignored. Gave him all the dimensions he asked for. Tells me he'll get back to me soon.Thought maybe they we busy and may have forgotten?? Just maybe?? After month and half and three tries later...I figured they didnt …

This guy Tai is very moody and not service-oriented. He submitted a proposal to replace a pump in our building, and just because his estimate was questioned in terms of the health dept requirements, he hung up the phone after mumbling in very broken english... won't use them anymore!
