These guys are either totally incompetent or total crooks. They have lost a number of my items without ever admitting to it. They also have ruined my clothing through their tailoring. The guy who runs it is also incredibly rude to boot. DO NOT GO HERE.

Returned clothes with a stain !!!!!

I was shocked to discover that a designer shirt that I gave in for simple drycleaning was returned with brown patches all over.

When I asked the owner why this was the case ( when my receipt did not identify any stain at the time i gave in the clothes) he said that it was physically impossible to identify every stain and that he was offended that i was accusing them of staining my shirt

The part that bothers me is there he made no attempt to get to the bottom of the issues, went through my billing and said that in any case I don't spend big money at the store and after a full bout...

I am reposting this review because I noticed it has been deleted from the page.

We have been using this dry cleaners since moving to the neighborhood six months ago. We had no complaints about the quality of the cleaning, but were griping about their consistently late deliveries.

A month ago, I took in two new jeans to hem with the original bottoms. When I got them back (late), one of my jeans was not done correctly.
