It was a my sons birthday and I had all the presents in the trunk. I dont know how it happed but I somehow locked the keys in the trunk while taking all the presents into the house. I didn know what to do. I did a search with my blackberry and found New York Lock & Security Systems and they offered a 24 hour locksmith service. I gave them a call and no joke within 30 minutes somebody was there...
Very nice locksmith and professional. The technician called me right after I hung up with the customer service and said hes on the way, got to my house on time and was very proficient and knowledgeable.
After a great day at the beach with the family it was a big shock to find my car keys missing. It turns out that my youngest son thought it was a good idea to bury the car keys somewhere and not tell anybody. New York Lock & Security System came out and took one look at the key and told us the key was worn. He also looked at the other locks and found many of them stiff and frozen from weather and wear. He took out one lock, He cut us brand new keys. Great job.
