I used them for their rug repair service. I didn't even know this service existed until my friend notice some holes in my rug and he recommended NYC Carpet. So I gave them a call. I gave them my rug and when they returned it with no holes. I'm definitely satisfied with their services.

My rugs are precious to me and I am careful about their care. Choosing the right place to have my rugs cleaned took some time and investigation. I decided to go with NYC Carpet after speaking with one of their techs. They really know their stuff and it makes me feel comfortable leaving my rugs in their care.

They have done such an excellent job with my carpets so I tried their upholstery cleaning. I had my furniture cleaned because I wanted the it to smell more fresh. I thought it was fairly clean because we hardly ever use that room. What I found was that my furniture has brighter colors than I remember. Wow they got it so clean it looked like new upholstery.
