Noho Star is a good neighborhood choice for any of the day's three meals. With its open kitchen, high ceilings, expansive street-level windows and colorful wall mosaic, it manages to be comfortable and low-key. The NoHo star is an institution in the Neighborhood. While their fusion approach to Chinese and American cuisine is not as novel as it once was, their execution is tried and true.

Noho Star is owned by the same owners as Keens. Their bloody mary is outstanding. You have to eat it more than drink because it is so thick and filled with onions.

I highly recommend Noho Star for breakfast. The food is delicious. The staff is friendly and attentive. One can linger, read the provided New York Times and enjoy the ambience.
