Dropped off 2 shirts and a pair of pants for pressing/ironed (gotta look good at the Broadway shows).$5 each for the service, fast (less than 24/hour) turn around.The staff were nice, not over the top ecstatic to see a customer, but I don't need customer service folks to make my day.

They lost an entire bag of my laundry.Enough said. Well, ok, I will say a little more.They lost an entire my bag of my clothes, then blamed my doorman (who has never lost anything, ever), then fought me tooth and nail about reimbursement.Never go here.Ever.

They're fast (they'll do same day) and friendly enough (how bubbly are we looking for, really?). They also listen to my ridiculous instructions like "wash everything in cold" or "wash the sheets in the hottest water possible."
