poor customer service.. i asked for a trim she cut it!! and then charged me $175 for a wash and blow dry and flat iron!! something you wouldn't expect from the owner!! never again!

Worse customer service ever! And they are money hungry. $235 for a sew in...... Please. And they go through stylist like water.... Don't waste you time or money...

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL! I walked in with my hair braided for a trim and when she started cutting she did not even wet my hair or shampoo and condition before snipping away! the result? uneven lengths...
