Always a good experience at Niles. Serve small but portions that are what they should be. One serving size. Yummy. Fair prices especially for NYC. very good service. Great spot before an MSG show, so much better than anything else around.
We arrived early and finished a cocktail at the bar prior to our reservation. We were seated promptly at the reserved time and then we waited for an extremely long time before the waiter came over and asked if we were ready to order. We had to tell him that we would like to order a beverage before we ordered our meal. After that initial oversight service for the rest of the evening was fine.
