I went to the "Bad Ass Sandwiches" class, and it was exactly that— bad ass. Being a craft beer girl, primarily for the lack of snobbery in beer as contrasted to wine culture, I was hesitant to attend the class worrying that it was going to be extremely bougie, high brow and snobby.
