Ruined a new shirt - ok, mistakes happen. Refused to acknowledge it, refused to do anything about it and refused to do anything to sort it out.Am bringing this to the small claims court to prove my case and get reimbursed. Needless to say, anyone using them should do so with extreme caution and expect terrible service.Stay clear

The WORST customer service in Murray Hill!

Not only is the staff here rude, but they have managed to ruin my laundry twice. Clearly something is wrong with the machines here, as my whites have come back twice with yellowish-brown stains across the front and back. As if it isn't bad enough that my clothes were ruined, the woman here had the nerve to accuse me of having my clothes cleaned elsewhere and then trying to get Murray Hill...

What's so "New" about this place? I may never know.This is our regular "wash and fold" place. They are consistent, reliable, right across the street...
