Congee and roast pork iw what I had for a late night carry out.Stick with the congee!I really wish there were more congee places around the city.Making good congee is a lost art.All you need is the right timing for the rice and a little of that Chinese "Holy Trinity!"Any true lover of Cantonese cuisine will no exactly what I am talking about!It is all out the Trinity!

I ate roasted duck on white rice. It was delicious.
This restaurant may be just an ordinary shoppe in Manhattan chinese town. I do not know any other restaurant in the chinese town. Thus, I can not tell how this restaurant is good amoung the other. However, ordinary level is good enough to consider about eating roasted duck on rice....
