It is really sad to see how far Neiman Marcus has fallen. I actually made my purchase at the Honolulu store, but figured I should document my horrific experiences here on TripAdvisor. Although they speak of superior service, I have not experienced any of that. I made one simple purchase, applied for and received a NM credit card in April.
