I went to the one on 443 Broadway which shares the same name and branding images so I assume it is by the same owner. The customer service over there was a disaster. There were only 3 or 4 customers at that time and the staff could not keep things straight. They were rude and unhelpful. I do not recommend this place. Go across the street, there are dozens of stores like this in the area.
