This was the 4th time I had a stylist at this place that I built a relationship with, and then I try to make an appointment with her-SHES GONE! How many times is this going to keep happening? What is wrong with this place? I will be trying a new salon where there is more stability, Aveda products alone cant just keep me here, bc half the time they are ""Out Of Stock.""

Worst salon experience ever. The salon was having scheduling issues and my stylist was more concerned about the schedule and less about the service and my hair. I received a call from the receptionist one hour into my appointment asking to move my appointment time. The salon is completely disorganized and an every man for himself atmosphere. My stylist was slow as molasses and I am pretty sure she had little to no experience with color and highlights as it took her 20 minutes to decide how to proceed with my hair and she consulted other stylists about color . Be warned. This is not a first class spa. The front desk is very disorganized. Receptionist was more concerned about what color he was going to dye his hair than waiting on customers.
