4 new tires and alignment service. Tires had to be sourced from another local store, but were already there when I arrived for my appointment. Service was begun on time as scheduled - which was nice. There were no surprises and work was completed in a timely manner. No complaints and I would recommend them for tire service - the only annoyance was a single tire label was left on one tire, but...

I drive one of the new VW Beetles & had found it very difficult to find tires without having to go thru the dealer & pay an exhorbitant amount. After a LOT of research, found the perfect tire but only found one location that claimed to have five in stock: NTB in Independence, MO. This place is about an hour's drive from my home and about 45 mins from work. I made an appt.
