I've lived at the archstone murray hill for almost 4 years and it's a good building but they raise the rent so much each year it is hard to be that excited...

This place is overpriced for the kind of service the building provides. The main issue is how hit or miss the doormen and concierge are. Some are so rude...

Located on the corner of 40th Street and 2nd, near Park Avenue and the East River. We are walking distance to the Empire and Chrysler buildings, Grand Central and the 7 train and close to Bryant Park. Our apartments feature hardwood and tile flooring, spacious closets, private balconies with river and city views and laundry on every floor. Our amenities include an indoor rooftop pool with oversized deck, fitness center, club suite with a full kitchen and bike storage.
