I want to thank Chris for the excellent job he did in inserting the mailbox in the new upright position. He made the entire situation easy for my wife and her friend while dealing with the neighbor and partial owner of the mail box.

I was charged $160.00 to put down a simple threshold at my garage door.which was outrageous.
If I had the correct tools I would have done it myself. My handyman Juan was very nice and did a great job,but it was still a lot of money for a simple job that took 15 minutes.

After waiting for a couple of weeks after the initial visit, without hearing from them, I finally was able to get in touch with Mr. Gudino. At that time he explained all the problems he had had during those two weeks and scheduled the work to be done immediately.
Work was comleted in a fast and professional manner.
