I made the decision too quickly. I thought he was just coming to give me an estimate. Because of this, I made a premature decision. According to my records of two years ago, Stanley Steamer would have been much cheaper, and would have sent 2 men for the heavy lifting. The individual who worked was very courteous, and eager to please. With hindsight, it was too expensive.

While I did have some complaints, I was able to resolve them with the company--who were able to explain a misunderstanding about charges and services. They were understanding about some shortcomings I felt were valid, were apologetic, and offered a good refund for the problems I felt were encountered. I feel that they were honest and overall did a good job.
