I will never come here ever again and i do not recommend this place to anyone. I came here 3 wks ago for both an eyeglass and contacts exam, the dr. Was very nice, they took my insurance information etc. I didn’t like any of the frames there so i had planned to get my glasses somewhere else but planned to orde rmy contacts thru them. Big mistake. After a week went by, and i didn’t hear anything, i called them and they claimed they had no idea where my file was, that i must be calling the wrong location etc. This went on for about 3 days. I thought it was funny that they immediately put the exam thru my insurance yet they claimed that they couldn’t find my file? so finally someone solves the mystery and they try to blame me and said they were waiting for me to confirm so no one ordered me trial lenses. What did they need me to confirm? it’s not like i was being charged for them. So all this time goes by, i keep calling every few days to see if they have arrived and nothing. I have never waited this long for trial lenses. I call today and they tell me that yes they have arrived. I ask why has no one called and she just says, she doesn’t know. Is this the way to run a business? i mean, i am trying to give my business to an independent retailer yet i have not been treated so unprofessionally at a chain? this doesn’t make sense. I understand certain prescriptions take awhile, i will let the wait go, but the fact that they had no idea where my file was for a couple of days a week after i had went for an exam and then when my contactc finally arrived, no one thinks to call me?
