Made an appointment for an estimate on a Friday at 10:00. Time came and went. Got a call to confirm the appointment at 10:45. Makes no sense at all! Stay away! Doesn't matter how good the work is, if they can't do what they say they will before you cut a deal.

We have used Molly maid for a while but after talking to other people who have also used them, we've found a huge issue. They do not treat their maids well at all. The cleaning was exemplary, but not inexpensive, and the fact that they are so rude to their workers just makes me want to never use them again.

Had two Molly Maid staff come and clean...and it was exemplary. Very thorough, pleasant and efficient. Not inexpensive, but well worth it.
