Asked for a very specific tattoo and the one zack aka "budah" stenciled on me was completely different then the one he tattooed! Asked for my money back & was refused. They were very unprofessional! Don't trust these people with your body! I'm now paying hundreds to get it removed!

When I first walked in, I noticed how clean and welcoming the environment was. They provided great service and entertainment. People are friendly and I love how they incorporated a barber shop on the other side. I love my tattoo as well- Billy Von did an amazing job. I will be back for more.
