I have taken the Thursday morning class with Jessica. Jessica is a great instructor and makes the class so much more fun than pounding out 45 minutes of cardio at the gym. Great atmosphere, with a fun and challenging class. Love JumpLife!

After several years of visiting this gym my daughter & I were greeted & treated as they saw us yesterday!!! Workout was GREAT... FUN, ENERGETIC & most importantly DIFFERENT!!!! C u next week!!
