Surly, unfriendly, generally unhelpful. I think they'd actually prefer if you didn't shop there at all. I assume this is because the owners are supported by a handful of local contractors they are friendly with or related to and don't give a shit about anyone else. Unfortunately I'm right next door and when I need a sheet of plywood they are the only game in the neighborhood.
