Dishonest. I walk in there to get an inspection done, and the inspector shines his flashlight on my one tire / wheel for about three seconds claiming my brake pads are shot, that they are ""metal to metal"", that it is his job as an inspector to do the right thing for my safety. He says he won't pass me - nor will anyone else - unless I get them fixed. He didn't expect me to ask, ""Oh, can you show me what you're seeing there?"" Hence, why he came back with the unconvincing lie of ""oh, well, you won't be able to see it....""

He probably also didn't realize that maybe I knew my brakes were...

This small place may not look like much but it is great. Promise! These guys really know what they're talking about. I was skeptical when i first drove in but now, I would even trust them with a Bentley --if I owned one. They are honest and reasonable. Great to find in a New York City car service! --pwalter

The best in NY look no further Guys Midtown Chelsea is hands down the best in the business. former . Ami gave me a square deal on the parts, they do not mark them up like all other shops!! This shop is tops and i trust them with my babies 100%. Dont mess around with anyone else.
