I could get lost in here for hours... in a good way. Huge store, lots of merchandise--much more than just crafts & hobby stuff. Great selection, store is clean/organized. They offer art classes....

I love Michaels so I will never have anything bad to say about it other than good luck finding help if you really need it while on the floor. The cashiers are always nice and patient whilst I'm digging out my many coupons.

The product assortment is great and there are many great discoveries. Unfortunately the employee with a heavy mustache working near the floral department around 645pm was just in an impatient yelling mood.

Very good inventory. They were also very helpful and accommodating when I needed to return some items but didn't have my receipt. (They were able to find my purchases in their system because I'd used a credit card.) One thing that could be very helpful would be for the staff to step forward a bit …

I truly have a love hate relationship with Michaels at this particular location. I must have spent over a thousand dollars over the past 5 years at this location and eventually had to shop at other locations because there are never enough sales associates available on the floor to answer any questions, …
