This townhome is lovely, old but strong and easy to keep clean. The location is about as secure and quiet as you can get within the complex. Parking can be a little erratic, you can always find a spot but your not always sure where that spot will be or how far (no more than a short walk). I'm a graduate student and moved in a month ago from a different apartment complex in Lexington, and LOVE it! Merrick has a great neighborhood feel, the grounds are so well kept, the amenities are great, and the price is even better. Good location too. Would highly recommend!
I haven't been at Merrick place long, but so far so good. There was an issue with our apartment right when we moved in, but they were quick to make things right, so I can't complain!

My husband and I have been renting a townhome at Merrick for the past 2 years. When we first inquired about a lease my husband had already lived there for several years with a roommate.
