Two of the bolts which attached the catalytic converter to the tailpipe had rusted through and caused a loud exhaust leak. Meineke's solution was to cut off one side of the pipe connected to the converter and weld a new piece of pipe to reconnect it. All that was needed was a new $10 gasket and three bolts, but …

Paid for a coolant flush only to open the radiator up and find dirty antifreeze. When speaking to a manager, they stated that sometimes there's things that don't get cleaned and there was nothing wrong. Why did I pay you to flush the radiator if it didn't even get cleaned? Now we have to take it somewhere else and we're out the money we gave you for NOTHING.

Avoid this business at all costs!!! I purchased a car care package and used it for one oil change. Then when I needed brakes, I went back as the program included a discount on services that were not part of the package. The brake job ended up costing me more than three hours of my time (the technician was over 30 minutes late for work and the man at the desk didn't bother telling me this) and almost $500. I checked with the Honda dealer for the exact same services and was told it would have been around $300 if I would have brought the car to them...and this e didn't even allow me to use the...
