LACK OF TRANSPARENCY I called it and ask for a quote for change of brake. And the guy who answered the call said they have to see the vehicle first. I mean. Come on. Are you serious?

Tony (manager) is awesome and his example is followed by everyone of the staff I encountered. Everyone in the area seems to share this opinion, too, because they are always busy!
