they were nice until you move in, then they refuse to do any work or maintainance, they had no customer service skills and were rude on the phone as well as in the office, and gave no notice of lease expiration or resigning possibilities. there is NO visitor parking and the towing guys were like nazis

Maintenance is a joke, they set refridgerators and other appliances in front of my door, my door didnt shut unless it was dead bolted, and the guy in the office is nice but the girl is not. Parking is a joke and this place sucks!!

Some of the worst people you've ever met work here. Janitorial service is the worst (three weeks for a toilet to be fixed). Animals deficating everywhere and no one cleaning it up. Children screaming all the time and nightwalkers that keep you up into the whee hours. Anyone under the age of 25 beware!!!!

Let me start out and say that I am a graduate student at UK so it is the proximity near campus and its affordability is what lured me to the Meadows. My rent for a one bedroom apartment since July 2005 when I moved in has been $490 which is reasonable enough assuming what I was paying closer to campus for the same setting.

I have lived here for 4 years and love all the new upgrades, I just got a brand new kitchen and bathroom fixtures and I love it. The people who work here are pretty cool too. I am glad they police the pool area, it keeps people out who don't live here. I did get a rent increase too and nobody likes that, but I think it's worth it.
