SBLC for trade program

I entered into a agreement with Mayfair Advisors, LTD on Feb 4,2013 so that they could facilitate a Standby Letter of Credit. I needed the SBLC to enter a Zurich based PPP. I paid the required fee and also agreed to sharing 30 percent of my trade profits with Mayfair. On Feb 20,2013 the SBLC was sent via SWIFT as the agreement called for. Commercial Real Estate financing for $850,000 2/4/13

We retained Mayfair to facilitate $1,200,000.00 which we needed in order to purchase a commercial property in Suffolk County,NY. After we paid the $9200 the process was suppose to take 30 business days. Mayfair Advisors, Ltd did facilitate $850,000 but this occurred 30 days over the schedule and for a lesser amount. Also instead of 3 points at closing it ended up being 7. I was only advised...
