I felt the need to step in after reading the reviews here about the way Maxwell handles insurance because that's exactly why I love them. I've been working with Maxwell for over 2 years and have had 4 different insurance plans in that time. They have always taken care of me. The copay is only $10 where it would normally be $40 for me and they have a policy of never billing you. I'm sure...

Yes, the physical therapy helped my sore elbow and carpal tunnel. But although each visit only costs patients an arbitrary $10 copay (no matter what your insurance), Maxwell Medical bills your insurance company an exorbitant rate. They are only looking for money from your insurance company, not you, but loopholes like this are why premiums continue to increase. An assessment and a treatment...

I was walking down 40th Street when I was given a flyer for a free 1/2 massage. On the flyer is does say that some restrictions apply. First thing this morning, I made an appointment for 1:30. I asked them twice to check my insurance and call after they did.
