Someone help me get in touch with Patricia Zweig. She works for corporate and own the Austin Lakeline location. I was a member here for 8 yrs. I switched locations bc of their high turnover of therapist. No one lasts very long! I used one of my credits from my home location to get a last minute massage at Lakeline location. Do not go to this location. After receiving not so good massages, I notified them I was ending my membership (one I was rarely using clearly after the not so good massages). Well, be warned--- they will not let you quit. They will keep billing you and then send a creditor after you despite canceling. I will litigate …
