Absolutely pathetic costumer service. It proves yet again that designers like Marc Jacobs can never be compared to the likes of Dior and Gucci. Those brands far exceed in quality and customer service and the newbees like MJ.
I purchased brand new pair of shoes from Gilt website. I wear the during the day and by evening one shoe came apart. Now when you call the store to fix the shoe, you're told that since these were not purchased from the store they won't fix the shoe.

I shopped for my friend in abroad. She likes Marc, so I thought it would be a nice birthday gift.
I bought three T-shirts for her, her brother and mine. I asked extra shopper since this is a gift, plus it was a snow day.
The sales person told me ""there is a lots customer resell these items by web. so, we do not give you extra as a store policy.
I asked him if I look like the buyer. He said no.
I think that exra bags are not the issue. People would resell items no matter what the brands.
I saw many internationals in the store. They buy no matter what you say. They are not understanding...
