Bringing some Vegas glitz to the Meatpacking District, this flashy new bar/lounge/restaurant rolls out a modern American menu in a soaring, brick- and velvet-lined space arranged over three levels; the tabs are as lofty as the ceilings, but its young, party-hearty crowd doesn't seem to mind.
