I ordered split shuttters for 6 windows in November of 2013. I was never given a drawing to approve. This made me nervous. So I was fuming. Seriously fuming. The designer was late for the initial appointment. REALLY late. "Late" doesn't even begin to cover it. I'm no Mother Teresa. I was LIVID.
