The entire experience was very pleasant in an authentic New York kind of way. The room was clean, quiet, and with all of the basics done right. The front-desk people were very helpful. Views from a 28th floor room were to kill for. Made the stay truly amazing.

If staying here request a room that doesn’t end in 26 the service lift is located beside it & you will be wakened in the morning any where from 6am with very loud banging like someone is trying to break in to your room..the rooms are tiny & clean.my only issue was the lack of sleep.
