Manhattan Carpet

The people at Manhattan Carpet were friendly, however, I have called several times for an invoice and its now 3 weeks later and no invoice has been sent. The installer was very nice but did not complete the job and flooring is coming up and after repeated calls to both Manhattan Carpet and the installer, I am giving up and will have to pay someone else to fix the work. this is a rebuttal to the one negative review we have. Yes, I would not call this workmanship on this job our best work, but there were othe contractors on site at the same time making a mess of our work and at the end, the end user recieved a substantial settlement from us.
