The neighborhood is quiet, which is a plus, but if your not a fan of roaches and mold please continue on to a better establishment. When I complained about the mold, the maintance man just painted over it. The apartment is sprayed every month for bugs but literally right after they spray I see a roach. I don't know about you but we keep a clean house,and pay our rent on time, so we expect to...
