The customer service is very good. When getting chemicals they explain in detail how you need to use them and they also... write it down for you as well. The prices are a little high but they make up for it in their customer service.

I don't like their attitude. Not helpful. Go Nutley Pool & Spa instead.They are much nicer and helpful.

I never comment on business that have poor customer service, but in this case this is something that I must address. So please no who you are dealing with, because they come to your home price quote you and what you receive in the mail is nothing short of inflated invoice. We contacted them for a Loop-Loc cover (custom) they came measured and priced at around $1800 according to the manager it...
