Help us make it rightImmediately after taking over management of my property I had the most expensive turn over ever. Things only got worse from there. The more I complained and asked for receipts the more extravagant their accountant, Ms. Atwood, was in trying to convince me everything was OK. When I asked them to use my contractors or speak directly to theirs, Ms. Atwood wouldn't allow it. My tenants told me that they got terrible service and I was robbed out of thousands because I didn't fire them sooner.
Worst management office ever, the people work there did nothing. If you try to deal with a problem they put on you, you will never able to reach anyone.
