I was amazed that it wasn't too crowded on a Saturday. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I am always in awe of the wooden escalator cause it always reminds me of when my parents bought me there as a kid. Lastly, I was pleasantly surprised when I received an extra 20% off on items that were already 40% off.

There furniture and warranty service is horrible! Buying warranty is a totally waste of money as they will find any excuse not to help on a claim. What is the point of warranty? I will never buy another piece of furniture from them and buying warranty is just giving them money bc no claims are sufficient. Waste of money and time!

Guess I wasn't wearing the appropriate clothing to shop the expensive purses. Saw a beautiful purse in the display case, walked up to it and as I did a gentleman in a suit approached me and said in a very unpleasant voice. "Don't touch the glass". Not even close to touching the glass. So that's the end of Macy's for me. Love NYC but Macy's....you suck!!!!!

Macys online backordered system is a scam. December 1st 2017 I ordered Balanciaga online. This was the worst experience I’ve ever had. They kept sending me emails telling me the item is backordered.
