My Cub Cadet that I purchased last summer from Home Depot was under warranty, they(Home Depot) called P & M mower to do the repair. It took over 2 weeks to come get the mower, and they have had it for 5 weeks now! Every excuse has been given to me for it not being returned to me! I have had to pay someone alot of money to keep my yard mowed. Beyond me why Home Depot has a company so far from me...

I brought my 7 year old mower to M&P and Scott was able to get my repair covered under warranty. Come to find out that some parts have a lifetime warranty. I got my mower back in about a week, and there was NO BILL!!!!. Im glad to see a quaity repair shop in Georgetown again.

'Lightning Fast', well if 4 weeks is lightning fast, then I guess I could give them one star. I took in my push mower and weed eater and was told one week. At one week I stopped by and was told they were running behind and he would 'tag it' and they would call when it was ready. Scott could not be nicer or give better customer service! Excellent technician and had mower back fast! Reasonably priced and I am thrilled to have found M&P Lawn Mower Repair.
