Unprofessional service, refused to admit mistakes. I have been a customer for more than 2 years. 2 weeks ago I sent in 6 shirts and a jacket to have a zipper replaced. Last week I sent it another 3 shirts for laundry. I went to collect them on Tuesday and as usual I just paid and took my laundered shirts and jacket. I realized later that there was only 2 shirts in the second batch of 3 shirts. I looked at the receipts and it said 3 shirts. I went back and show them what they gave (still in the plastic covering--not even opened) me but they said I should have have checked before leaving. I...
