I had a terrible customer service experience with Lenny. I bought a pair of 802 Diamonds. They were damaged by the movers about a year later. I contacted Lyric to assist with the repair. Lenny was very unfriendly and unsympathetic and not helpful at all. After I complained to him about his attitude in an email, he unilaterally cancelled my service appointment, hung up on me twice, and refused...
