Purchased a used home from them in October 2013. No heat! Not covered under warranty. That's ridiculous. A new system shouldn't go out in a year and a half. Highly dissatisfied!! Very rude when called regarding this issue. Would NEVER recommend to anyone wanting to purchase a home new or used!!! Buyers BEWARE!!!
